How can I prevent my son going adding a data bolt on to his account when notified he's running out of data.  The account is paid by me but I can't seem to prevent him adding to his package.

This is an unusual one. You could ring O2 and change tariff...

Or do it yourself via My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

If this doesnt suit  the other option is.make him pay the extra...:smileywink:

Change your password for the account and don't tell him the new one?
But in all honesty, if you are giving him access to the phone he needs the responsibility to go with it.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Take away the privilege and put him on payandgo. I'm sorry to say but it's down to parenting ultimately.
