I am having major problems with o2 at the moment regarding the delivery of my new iphone.
DHL said they had delivered it and “signed” in my name but had no photo and no tracking information that the delivery van had been down my road. DHL admitted that they have lost or stolen it and to contact o2 to reorder.
Two weeks later I am still arguing with o2. They keep telling me a new phone is on order then cutting me off. I then got through to someone else who told me there is no new phone, i have to wait for the original lost one to be found.
The bill for the contract is due in 7 days and I do not feel comfortable paying for a phone I have never received.
Everyone i have spoken to so far has been SO unhelpful and I do not know what to do. Has anyone else experienced this or know what to do now?
I have no phone and absolutely no hope that I am ever actually getting one even though DHL have done their bit and admitted the loss.
Why is o2 customer service so useless!!!!

Agreed, CS is very poor since the merger with Virgin who have always been useless.
