Compensations have been planned

I have seen that compensations are being planned to what happened last week and all the troubles we had with the network. We were isolated for about a day and trust me, for someone like me who is always on the phone because my job requires it, this could be fatal. How do you think you can compensate that and do you really think that the offered compensations are enough? I was extremely disappointed. I do not think that 10% free credit is good enough... I am sure I am not the only one who think so.. You can come up with something much better I hope.

Just pay these guy (usually guys) what they want and then switch the network off as we can be sure there will be no money left to run it.

o2 have announced the compensation & im happy just to have £10 to spend & 10% added on to my september top up. anyone who thinks they should deserve more should not be so greedy just because of a network outage that affected loads of people not just the greedy ones
