Hi,
So I was given a final bill to pay, however I don't see any way to pay it.
Here is the message I get:
"You still haven't paid your final bill of £5.44. Please pay now through My O2, or by calling 2729 (free from your O2 mobile) or 0800 902 0217 from any other...
I don't see any bill on the My O2 website, only that I don't have any products:
You don't have any products or services in this My O2 account.
"
Also, I can't call because I have left the UK and live abroad now. I don't have any UK phone number.
Is there a way to pay online?

I'm afraid though that I can't call O2 since I live abroad now and I can't contact them through the phone without significant cost to me which would be more than the bill. By the way, that bill arrived after I went abroad, so I didn't have the chance to pay it before.
Is it not possible to contact O2 via whatsapp maybe or any other electronic way to pay the bill?
