I was forced to cancel a monthly contract (basic O2 incompetence / customer services telling virgin-style lies).
O2 threatened baliffs for non-payment (of a debt that I did not owe)
O2 deliberately make it difficult to get in touch with them.
Eventually O2 conceded and cleared the balance.
So far so good.
However to prevent a visit from baliffs (which O2 were threatening), I overpaid the amount (16 GBP).
O2 refuse to refund.
Their complaints department refuse to respond.
The amount is insignificant - but they harass and bully, using their size to intimidate "customers" - who in reality owe them nothing.
I have complained to Financial Ombudsman.
