I was forced to cancel a monthly contract (basic O2 incompetence / customer services telling virgin-style lies).
O2 threatened baliffs for non-payment (of a debt that I did not owe)
O2 deliberately make it difficult to get in touch with them.
Eventually O2 conceded and cleared the balance.
So far so good.
I have complained to Financial Ombudsman.
