It looks a good phone, but it doesn't have everything I'm looking for.

What is it missing?

NFC. I know we've discussed this before and you say the Leagoo has HotKnot. Does your phone have a fingerprint sensor?

I think I'm going to stick with going for the Huawei. Several things that concern me is the UI, which I've read good and bad things about, and I would also be taking a step back with returning to Lollipop, but the Mate S is scheduled to receive the Marshmallow update, so I'm not overly worried about that. Other than those two matters it ticks all the boxes for me.

By the way, apologies to @viridis for taking this thread so far off topic.

Thanks.

Yes, I've read some articles about the new Xiaomi, but they've been very sketchy on specs.

I understand, but some manufacturers (i.e. Samsung for one) have massive leaks of specs before their next product's announcement.

Not good news for the markets. More my concern than personal OS preference.

That's very true, and from reading this report it seems that their main competitor Samsung is also struggling with poorer than expected sales results.
