Anyone Else Had problems With UK Mail Delivery??

Ive ordered a pay monthly contract phone at the weekend i knew i was at the hospital on monday so chose Tues as delivery day, received a text monday from UK Mail saying it would be delivered between 1-3pm great i thought, tues morning 10.30 i get a text saying "Your O2 order has experienced a possible delay please contact blah blah blah". So i rang them after waiting 0ver 5 mins someone finally answered to say "sorry it went to the wrong depot it will be with you tomorrow", because of pass dealing's with these so called delivery companies i rang again this morning to double check after a lot of umming and ahhing he said "yes its in nottingham you will get it today" im not holding my breath as the site shows it was supposed to be delivered before 12!.

Uk, Yodel, HDN all seem as bad as each other! not one can be relied upon.....would'nt mind but im being charge for this contract by O2 but not even had the goods yet!......ok rant over Smiley Frustrated

i had problem with them yesterday.had 130-530 in afternoon delivery slot so i could go to work in the morning.get home 12.45 to find that had already been and called at 10.45 in the morning so rang them up(eventually after being put on hold for 15mins and customer services couldnt have cared less) and said what was the point of me arranging a specific delivery time with them and then delivery driver turn up early without notifying me as they had my number.asked if driver could call back round as he was still local only to be told he wouldnt be back and would redeliver todayor friday when im busy with other plans and have no one else to rely upon...very annoyed with uk mail

my partner got her phone on time, had not problems with them.

but parcel deliveries can be a hit or miss

Did you ask if you could pick it up rather than them deliver it? At least then you can do it in your own time.

Ordered my upgrade (iPhone 5) on Saturday - all good... Received a text from O2 to say my delivery would be today (Monday) between 9am and 1pm. Nothing by 3pm, so I call UK Mail and speak to somebody who apologises and says it will be with me no later than 6pm. 6pm arrives, no sign of my phone, so I call back... 25 minutes and counting on hold... (now 28 mins... still going!) Awful service so far... How hard can it be to deliver a parcel?! (VERY, is the apparent answer)

I'm glad you called uk mail instead of O2 most customers don't:(

Uk mail are a terrible company on the whole I never use them unless I can't help it.

What does thier parcel tracker say about your parcel?

I'm not making excuses for UK Mail, but, the roads have been ridiculous today. I tried to get somewhere earlier and gave up.....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I can't buy into to the snow/ice thing - I'm in Central London and we've had virtually no snow (and the small amount we did get was barely snow at that!) here all day.

After 50 mins I finally got through... Apparently the driver attempted delivery at 4.30pm today. Hmm. How bizzarre... Delivery was to my work address, where there was 20+ people ALL DAY! Also, we've had numerous other visitors during the period of the apparent delivery attempt, all of which managed to find our very large buzzer at the front door and press it successfully.

UK Mail claimed to have Flat 1, instead of our office address, but again, the flats next door do often get a delivery in error, in which instance the 24 hour porter that sits in the flats' reception points the driver to our office - once more, nobody came to the flats attempting to deliver!!

They've rescheduled for tomorrow AM but didnt give me so much as an apology throughout the call.

Now currently on hold with O2 who "looking into it". Will update again with progress!
