I know I'm not the first but I was scammed in August 23. Following a call from what I thought was O2 calling back about a contract change an iPhone 14 was sent out which I returned via Royal Mail to an O2 address which I later found out wasn't O2. I reported it cancelled everything and was assured the fraud team would be in touch, they haven't. I have contacted O2 customer service 8 times and 8 weeks later I'm still waiting for the fraud team to contact me. Today I received a Default notice. As others have posted this is really stressful, causing sleepless nights. Can anyone give me advise how to resolve this?

Regretfully, as customers, there is nothing we can do.
The fraud team work extremely slow on these things I personally think they are overwhelmed.
Put in a complaint and then contact Resolver
Details of both are on this page
