O2's advice is here http://www.o2.co.uk/help/safety-and-security/fraud-and-phishing-advice
"Reporting a phishing email
Some phishing scams might pretend to be from O2. It's important that we see examples of phishing emails and websites so we can investigate and shut down scammers.
To report a suspicious email or website:
Create a new email draft with 'Phishing' as the subject
Attach the suspicious email
Send to phishing@o2.com"

Hi @KeithStoddart Welcome to the forum! Thanks for posting this important info, it's very good that other community members can see it too! Please do follow MI5's advice above as well about reporting it to O2 so it can be investigated.
