I have recently transferred from a personal to a business account. Using the same mobile number.
After days of trying to get online access I finally have it today.
Only to discover I can't register my phone number with my business account because it
'is associated with another number'
My old personal account is still live but has had all the data and information wiped.
With it all my billing history. I have not been sent a closing statement.
How do I register my phone to the new account?
How do I get a closing account statement?
I have to say the whole process has been a bit of a mess.
