im trying to change my tariff to the BIG10, but ive only got a text through saying itll be changed 25th jan which is today ive waited 2 hours but still nothing when i call to see what tariff or bolt ons i have? im a new user and my phones locked to o2. ive called 2202 and the voice mail says there are updating and this may cause delays on bolt ons and tariffs i just want to know if this always happens or will i have it by tomorrow?

Yes check my O2 again tomorrow. It should hopefully be showing then...

Tariff changes should happen automatically on the system. If it hasn't changed this morning I would call them, around 8-8.30am is the best time. Even live chat should be able to handle a simple tariff change.
