so i upgraded on monday and was told 2/3 days for delivery now i'm being told it's a 4 week delay 🙄 why are o2 telling people wrong information?

@walt214  I doubt O2 could have foreseen the lack of delivery drivers and petrol shortages. All of which will impact delivery of phones to warehouses and then out to customers.

then o2 should not be telling people 2/3 days its not like the driver shortage only happened this week. to me it's a classic bait and switch  that is also illegal

Agree, I had a very lengthy conversation with them this morning trying to get them to understand that they can't put up "upto 1 week delivery" when the woman on the phone told me they were "hopeful" to have stock in 3 weeks but they actually don't know... Its false advertising at its finest. They might not have foreseen certain issues but there's no reason to not update the website to get more people to buy instead of saying 'temporarily out of stock'
