I use Met office and the weather channel apps.

I never use the stock Apple weather app, but it does look like it is playing up. It looks like the local weather screen is showing updating all the time, but my other screens of saved locations are working fine.
If you need to know the weather, then you can add your current location in the weather settings, and then you will get a new weather screen which should work.

Well I'm not sure what Liquid is asking to do either, but being the efficient member that he is I'm sure he will respond in a moment.
In the mean time, what I suggested is when you are in the weather app, press the i and then type your location in the search box, select the correct result and hit done.
This should create a saved location screen which you can access by swiping left or right.
