In bizarre twist of o2 orders the ones placed in stores never show in myo2 nor do chat or phone advisors know anything about your order. It is very odd that no-one at o2 you speak to can view your order. Mine too which was placed in September never showed anywhere and yesterday a text and email arrived it is in store and ready. Going to chat today to ask advice on contracts they would not give me any as they said there is no order and I have to speak to store only. And so I went to collect to only get shop staff shutting the door in my face due to power cut. So still no phone and no one from o2 prepared assist with answers to many questions. The upshot is don't expect o2 to be helpful.
