I have used up my allocated 1G for the month. I thought it should have refreshed today as this is the start of the new month but this has not happened- why?

Hi @Anonymous, your allowances (Data, Minutes and SMS) will only reset when your next bill generates on the account. So if you've had a bill generate today (01/02) then your allowances should have reset, otherwise it will be on your next billing date.
You can check your bill date via MyO2, or if you know the date your payment is taken (assuming Direct Debit) then count back 14 days from this date and it will tell you the date your bill is produced.
To give a real world example, my O2 account bill generates on the 14th of the month (for DD 28th), therefore my allowances run from 14th of one month to 13th of the following. Hope this helps

The date highlighted here in your MyO2 is the date it resets on. http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
