There's no need for that.

They have been advised several times to contact O2, even by Chiara and refuse.

It's hard to take any of their posts seriously.

You have been advised to go into a high-street store to upgrade also.

I understand you would like to do this online but sometimes things dont work out the way we want them to.

Alex - the people who are trying to help you here are not O2 staff but members of the public.  They have vast experience of problems users have with iPhones, activation, launches etc. as have been on this site since the first iPhone release and have gone through this kind of problem each time.

Please take their advice, I did mention yesterday, after visiting an O2 store, that they had a phone queue of 500 callers on the 202 number.  That's what happens at each iPhone launch with upgrades.  On this occasion it would be most sensible to go to an O2 store, as I did yesterday, as they have no 5S for sale in store they are less busy than they normally would be after a launch.

They will log you into your account and go through with you how to cancel what you do not need, you can then presumably still proceed to buy on line but at the moment that is going to be your fastest option (assuming of course you are not too far away from an O2 store).
