Wifi greyed out

Anonymous
Not applicable
I cannot turn my wifi on! My brother yesterday tried to turn the Bluetooth on, which has since been searching and won't stop and this in turn, seems to have knackered my wifi up! Have tried turning the phone on and off, reset settings and reset network settings. When I get home, I will connect my phone upto the laptop and see if that does anything. In the mean time, can anyone suggest anything? I have read it could be a hardware issue which will mean a new handset.

Try forgetting the network in your general settings

Or

Press the power button and home button until the apple logo appears then let go. Your iPhone will reset.

If this does not work perform a search as this subject has been touched upon before.

I would suggest setting up a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store as you'll walk out with a new or mint refurb replacement. If you go to your 02 high street then it's mist likely they will send it off to Apple and you'll have a wait.

Good luck.
