Hi, I placed a order for the wireless charging AirPods on Thursday and paid for the premium delivery and it hasn't arrived. I have tried to track it but there is no way of doing that as theemail sent to me has no link. Can someone help me ASAP?

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
