Hi was wondering if anyone can help? I’ve contacted o2 to unlock my SIM card so I can put another SIM card into my phone. They’ve emailed me saying my phone is unlatched, guessing that means the sims unlocked? Went to put my other SIM card in and now just saying No sim can anyone help?

@DavidM1 Your sim and your phone should not be locked. Check to make sure you've got the sim inserted correctly. Also take a look at this guide: Unlocking an O2 phone to use a different SIM card. - o2uk
