Unblocking an incoming callers id

I've had numerous prank miss calls, but they are coming up as blocked calls is there any way that O2 could tell me the number or the location of the call?

Good Morning,

I believe they wouldn't disclose such information unless pushed to do so by the authorities such as the police.

If this continues then try to answer the call and say nothing or ignore it so it does not fuel the person(s) making these calls.

You can request a change of telephone number from 02 which they will do once free of charge.

That's correct you cannot be given the number of any caller who withholds it.

The OP wanted the caller's number not to block it.
