I have just cracked my screen and the on/off button isn't working properly. How can i get tgis replaced as i am on an 02 contract? Also do tou know how much it will cost?

Hi @Anonymous Are you covered by insurance? Is the phone under warranty (for the on off button) However ..best advice is to call Samsung directly and ask for a price for repair. http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/
Don't use O2 Repairs or you will be paying more than you should ..

If it's still under warranty you need an approved repairer such as carphone warehouse.
If out of warranty you can get a screen replacement from independent phone shops or market stalls done quite cheaply.
