Hello,
I had ordered my iPhone 14pro max 2 weeks back had my initial payment done(£99.89) still haven’t received any mail or text. When the first payment is done I had a text saying that order is getting delayed. So my question to O2 community is when you guys are really expecting your stocks back what is the exact date or a rough date that I’ll get my order coming to me, please be clear. Because I can’t pay my monthly bills without having the products or services in my hand. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

Apple have none to send to anyone , as they prioritise their own sales channels over the likes of o2 and other secondary channels...
You dont pay o2 until you have the phone, but if you have upgraded then you continue with your current tariff until it arrives.
but as others have said you need to contact the sales team...
