I need some help please . My Apple Watch isn’t getting any connection no 4g . I’ve been in too store to get them to help but they don’t seem to know , called customer services , can’t help , watch is still under warranty & I have insurance with 02 as well . I’ve read that this is a common issue , so why can’t it be fixed , I’m paying for something that I’m not getting
