Hey all,

I have an XS with two sims.
Physical sim is work number on Vodafone, esim is personal on O2.

However, I can only use data on my work line - when I switch over to personal I can’t access internet at all.

So, I’ve been paying for 20GB data for months which I can’t use....

I’ve tried entering different settings (APN etc) but nothing I change there makes a difference.

Any thoughts ??

Cheers

@Dannygh

You need to contact O2 to ensure data is enabled and that you have the correct iData bolt on applied to your acount.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

Another method below is advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.

Thanks @MI5 and @Bambino.
I’ll try to call them. I spent a long time in an online chat session recently and didn’t get anywhere...
