Changing an O2 PAYG sim to suit an Iphone 4S whilst keeping the number

I have just upgraded to an iphone 5s and let my son have my 4s - however his PAYG sim is the wrong size - does anyone know how I can get the right sized SIM and if he can keep his number. We are both on O2and I am sure the guy in the shop said shouldnt be an issue ut cant remeber how we get the right sim

Just go to the O2 shop and they'll sim swap for him.

This puts his number and tariff onto the right sized SIM card.

Just get the sim's swapped in store is the easiest way, but make sure you get the correct type for payg or contract as they are different.

Or order one here https://www.o2.co.uk/freesim/ and perform the sim swap yourself when it arrives.
