I have recently taken out a plan with o2 for an Apple Watch series 6. It’s been added to my airtime plan so I can take data and things like that (I had cellular in my plan) however I also have a phone and for some reason my data is NOT showing on my app it says it’s unavailable... can anyone help??

@Bryony2 See if this YouTube tutorial helps you: How To Setup The Apple Watch Series 6 With iPhone (Basics) - YouTube

There's also this: Set up cellular on Apple Watch - Apple Support

If neither of those helps, there's always Apple support: Official Apple Support

Hi, it’s not the Apple Watch set up. It’s my actual o2 app on my phone. The part where my data is shown for my phone, it’s no longer there

@Bryony2 Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If that doesn't work you'll need to speak to customer service. 202 from your mobile, or 0800 032 1402.

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Best time to call is 8 am.
