can anyone tell me..finger print locked out after 10 goes..cannot  remember password...phone now gone to emergency calls only  ..cant get into anything...is there landline number for 02..to sort it out or can i do it online..feeling stressed now..been 8 hrs..

Enter your password wrong 10 times and it will ask for your Google log in details.
If you can't remember those you have no choice other than a factory reset.
Vol up + Power and hold together for 10 secs.

Hi @Anonymous

10 attempts will have locked you out completely.

According to advice on the android forums they state you may be able to access your google account via PC to reset your password this way. If not it looks as if a factory reset may be the only other option (you would lose all your data via this route)...However we have android experts here @MI5 @viridis @jonsie who hopefully will be on shortly to advise you further
