Phone is powering up but if i try to make a call or call my phone it does not ring it just disconnects. Rest of phone is fine HTC ONE

Check http://status.o2.co.uk to see if your masts are ok.

If ok.

Are you able to try your Sim Card in another phone as a process of elimination to rule out the phone or sim card that may be at fault.

Possibly an outgoing call bar either set in the phones menu or by O2 for some reason.
Call CS to make sure your account is paid up and not in dispute for anything.
