this is odd i have been using my phone to get into my account and 2 days ago the log in window changed from a digital matrix asking me to enter my 4 digit code no problems worked for years .Now it changed to a log in window asking foe username/password.So i enter but will not let me in says do not match or is not same as our data.Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and have rebooted.Still cannot get in although i have no problem loging in on my laptop using same user name and password.

I suspect you have been moved onto the new billing system.
The App does seem to be causing problems
When you deleted, did you reboot before downloading the latest version? If so

Thanks have rebooted and reinstalled also have contacted o2 several times without any success it would be better if you could contact o2 technical service
