Why does my device gets hot ?

Can I please anyone about samsung S10 device.

While using it, it gets very hot, as I have to put it down and wait for it to cool down.

Also this can happen while my phone is charging.

Probably the battery wearing out. You can either send it back to O2 for a change of battery, or take it to a mobile phone shop for repair.

Or follow a You Tube Video and do it yourself

This could be as simple as an app overloading your phone

My option would be to back the phone up and do a factory reset

Set the phone up from your backup and see if that resolves it

Or close all the apps and sign out of them and sign in again one by one

Uninstall any recent new apps

Hi @Tashmarrr did you try any of the advice from @jonsie? If that doesn't work, it may be a good idea to do as @Cleoriff suggested and swap out the battery.
