Hi, I recently purchased a Samsung s21 ultra online. No issues until recently a white line appears near the bottom of the screen, over the keyboard. When on charge the whole bottom of phone is filled in white/yellow. I followed the troubleshoot guide essentially a factory reset, now the whole keyboard and below is filled in yellow, making it impossible to text or read anything. I bought it earlier this year, so hopefully samsung/o2 can fix it under warranty. Does anyone know how I do this? I was going to startbanconvo with o2 via my o2....then thought better of it. Any advice gratefully received in advance.. thank you

Thank you both, 1st time contacting samsung and it's been easy accessing an advisor and arranging doorstep repair. I did arrange a dpd pick up but the driver was so rude, I sent him away. Appreciate they on the clock for each dtop/collection but as u was getting my sim out to be told if it wasn't ready in a minute he would have to go....2 mind is his time allowed, so I suggested he left....its worked out better as doorstep folk is coming Monday. Thanks all for your help!
