Can someone please help me Unsubscribe from Deezer - got it Free for six months with new phone contract - they've taken 9.99 out of my account - without notice. Not happy about that! I cannot find how to unsubscribe... :-(... can someone help a middle-aged lady with not much clue about apps.. phones etc!

There doesn't appear to be a number to call anywhere on the site. I think cancelling online is the only way for the OP to do it.

It has to be done on your PC. There is no option in the mobile app.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

So easy to sign up inadvertently for these things but cancelling can be very difficult.
