Hi @Anonymous

Occasionally turning the phone off , clean the SIM card and battery pull (phone model dependant) and turn the phone back on clears lots of glitches.

Is the phones firmware updated to the latest available.

And if you have updated the firmware recently it is recommended to perform a Hard Reset to clear out old files. As this can sometimes cause glitches on the phone.

As this procedure can delete saved data in the phones memory's it's recommended to perform a back up beforehand ,and move as much as you can to a SD Card (phone model dependant)

Hard Reset Procedure : http://www.hard-reset.com/samsung-galaxy-s3-hard-reset.html

If this continues then seek assistance from Samsung themselves (recommended as 1st option) here http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/
Samsung provides a 2 Year Warranty.

Or drop the phone into your local O2 shop and they'll send it away to their repair centre.

Let us know how you get on please.

You'd be best contacting O2 CS and booking a repair on the phone.
You can do this easily through live chat http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus and the repair should be free as you still have warranty on the phone.

Don't we advise that it's best approaching the manufacturer for repairs as a first choice ?

sometines a habdset can become shall we say "tired" over a period of time, thsi could just be one of those things, however these symptoms could be a number of reasons, maybe a software update is needed wich can easily be done from the handset in the settings menu, other problems could be water or liquid ingress, a handset dosent have to be in physical contact woth water for this to happen, it could be caused from using in the rain or just having the phone ina steamy bathroom whilst having a shower or a bath (i made that mistake) to check see if the little sticker on the top of teh battery has gone a shade of pink...

the life span of a phone is around 28 months these days before tehy start to show signs of slowing down, so check settings see if their is a software update avalible as first port of call.. failing that check teh little sticker and if thats still white then no water or liquid their.

see how you get on and give me a shout...

The camera issue mentioned is a failed camera module.
Where ever it goes (O2 or Samsung) it needs to go in for repair.

It's possible a knock could have caused it but there seemed to be a batch of them failing a while back so it could be a production related issue.....
