Solved: Re: Samsung galaxy freebies

Recently preordered the Samsung S21 ultra. Im entitled to free Galaxy Ear buds and the new smart tag.

When I preordered my S10+, I had to claim the freebies through the samsung app.

Is this still the same process or will the freebies just arrive with my phone? No information has been provided by O2 and can't find the answer anywhere else. Thanks
