Samsung Galaxy s6

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi All

My Samsung s6 has water damage I think as it got wet in a storm and there's a crack in the rear glass.  I'm on a contract until April 2018.  Does anyone know if I'd be covered on warranty?

Many thanks

In all honesty, probably not as a crack is classed as user damage/abuse.
Your best bet would be to speak to Samsung http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/%20

Water damage is normally not on the warranty as this is not something that they would expect. The only time this might be included would be if the phone is IP rated.
It might be covered by insurance if you have that?
