Samsung Galaxy S7 32GB - can't receive texts or calls from new contacts

Hi, I wonder if anyone has any advice, my phone doesn't seem able to receive calls or texts from new contacts?  I've been told when people ring me they get a message saying that 'this number is unavailable' and I don't receive any texts sent.  If I contact the person first it seems to work fine but I need to be able to take calls from any number, such as my son's schools and businesses.

I wondered if it could be something in my settings - only allowing contact from known numbers?

I've tried turning the phone off and on again but apart from that I'm stuch, I'm not very technical with phones!

Have you recently joined o2 and ported your number or changed anything else on your account?

Thank you for the video, I didn't know how to check my blocked numbers.  However it has disproved my theory as I don't have any blocked numbers and anonymous callers aren't blocked.

It is quite a new phone but being non technical I didn't keep my old number and manually entered all my contacts.
