Samsung Galaxy S6 "Micro Updates"

As alot of you know there are going to be Micro Updates (firmware updates) to the galaxy S6 in the coming months - the first one is to sort out the RAM management - 2nd one is an update with fingerprint and other improvements. Let us know in the comments if you know any other news or info regarding these.

This is most important to me, each and every call starts HD on good 4g/3g and in about 5 seconds i know its rolled to 2g as the quality drops.

Ending the call confirms this with either a "g" or "e" shown.

Look I have found the official firmware thru an app that I have downloaded the firmware should look like this if it was an o2 firmware version (SM-G920FZKAO2U)

So the TEF version of it is Germany O2. We will see if the O2 official firmware will be release to is when 5.1.1 gets seeded out to UK

Just a quick heads up folks - today we've approved 5.1.1 for the S6 & S6 Edge (and also 5.0.1 Lollipop for the Galaxy A3). As always I want to clarify this is our approved update which has been returned to Samsung with our thumbs up - from this point, the release of the software lies with the good folks at Samsung... It could be just a few days or in most instances, possibly a week or two. And if Samsung see any unforeseen issues that could cause a delay, we'll let you know too.

As soon as we hear a solid date or it starts pushing it out, i'll post an official thread on it here

Wow that was quick cant wait to download it now just tried OTA push nothing coming up so will pplug into my computer and download it thru samsung switch software !
