S3 wont connect to home hub

Anonymous
Not applicable

For 12 months my Samsung 3 has connected wirelessly through my bt home hub 3 absolutley fine then suddenly stopped and will only connect to a BT Wi Fi with Fon page offering me to buy more time and nothing else, and try as i might cannot get rid of it. Keeps disabling my hub option when try to connect to it, but works fine on other peoples set up if they have unsecured ones and also my laptop works no problems. Have spoken to O2 four times to no avail. All idea appreciated

Has the phone or router been updated recently? Have you rebooted your router and cleared out your cached connections? Try also forgetting the connection on the phone and rescanning for your hub.
