Restriction mode?

Hi everyone, my YouTube no longer let's me look at comments or certain videos. I'm not sure why but the error that comes up is network administration restriction mode. I've check my app settings for my o2 and age restrictions is NOT on so I am very confused and need help thanks guys.

@O2LisaI am having exactly the same problem with YouTube ‘admin restricted’ has come from nowhere a couple of days ago and I can’t remove it
