No their is not im afraid.
If your getting nuisance calls then its best to try and answer and say nothing.

Not at all, but some of us took the trouble to find out!
As I understand it this service may have legal implications and was closed down by Ofcom in July and there have been no posts to their Facebook or Twitter pages since then, so if it's running now I'm sure they and the UK police will have an interest.
