Outgoing calls and txts/data blocked

I was late paying my bill. I paid it friday 22nd sept, but now can't send txts nor make calls or use data. I have checked on myo2 account and payment went through fine. Been trying to call 08001116121 to try and get to the bottom of it, but it rings once, then beeps 3 times then cuts off ๐Ÿ˜  please help! Many thanks

Hi @Anonymous It appears your phone has been blocked due to late payment. The only people who can lift this bar and take payment are customer services... Give them a call. You may have to borrow a phone or use a landline https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Have you tried rebooting the phone? I would expect the phone to be reconnected at midnight when the system updates but call them if you need to use it today.
