Hi
I have been hanging on for ages. No one will answer the phone and there is no live chat. How on earth can a phone company never answer the phone? As soon as my contract is up for renewal I will be leaving as the service is appalling.

I had the same problem yesterday - the girl I got throuigh to seemed surprised I had waited 30 mins.
By contract it takes about 2 mins to get through to my new network vodafone.
I asked what was going on and it seems as the upgrades have been so busy people are usingany option to get through to anyone to speak about their iphone upgrades !! Last week I was actually getting through quicker - it is nuts and exactly why I left!

Ring them and keep pressing 0 i think it is.
As said if we cant help here then its either Customer Services or Live Chat.
