O2 wifi signal issue and o2 wifi not working

Hi, I have found the signal for my phone to be none or a bit.

 

The waitrose store has o2 wifi signal but connects to it but no welcome page.

 

Get full signal for it o2 wifi.

 

Have tried restarting it.

 

Phone is Samsung j6 phone.

 

Waitrose post code  CV37 8LU

 

Help please

Have you tired forgetting the o2 wifi network? and then trying to re connect?

I would also check here : https://www.o2wifi.co.uk/about/faq

Also it might be worth mentioning instore as they can log a call with the Waitrose IT team to pass it out to the o2 WiFi team

Do not go near store so can chat do it or call staff??

Not sure, but Waitrose Customer Services might be able to log...
