Just downloaded & installed O2 Priority on Samsung Galaxy A3. Registered via PC, and can use app on PC OK, but app frozen at first screen on phone.  What's wrong/what should I be doing?

I'd try deleting it, reboot the phone and then reinstall it.
Sounds like it didn't install correctly the first time.
