Not call and non calls receives

Line activated. You have a balance. 4G internet works but it gives an error when receiving calls and error when sending them. (call canceled) I'm in Spain.

Have you tried turning your phone off and back on again?

Are you using the correct country code when calling?

Manually search for another network.

How long have you been in Spain?

O2 travel is only allowed for 63 days in any 4 month period.

Has it ever worked for you abroad?

You may need to contact O2 to remove any roaming bars.

Yes. +34 or 0034 for call to spain and 0044 for call to new number.

Only network with Movistar.

It has been activated from Spain. Order it through Ebay and you already have a balance.

Receive sms but no calls.

You haven't answered the question regarding the length of time you have been in Spain?

Why don't you try a local Spanish sim if that one from Ebay isn't working properly?

You can't activate it from Spain as it has to be on O2-UK to fully activate.

O2 sim cards are primarily for use in UK with only occasional roaming use.

Do you have a friend or family in the UK @jb3 ?

Send them the sim and get them to put it in their phone for a day to activate it, then send it back to you.

You can then use it for 63 days before you get hit with restrictions.
