Mobile Data don't work!

I use my mobile data at work on breaks for Facebook etc, however it is not working. It says no Internet connection even though I have switched my data on and still have just under 1gb left. Why is this? Someone help?

Tried the link given and followed it all but still nothing. Checked airplane mode and that is off

The mast status is saying they are working on one in my area but surely this isn't the case for the past week or so

Yes it could be - It can take a while to fix some problems.

Mast repairs / upgrades can be delayed / determined by weather , parts , engineer availability and permission to access land. 

 

Its a a case of keep checking the mast status. 

 

O2 have been known to give a Goodwill Gesture for prolonged downtime if you contact them.

No point at all - They already know there is an issue and they won't be able to tell you anymore than you can see for yourself, I'm afraid....
