Kit Kat 4.4 Rolling out

Got the Kit Kat 4.4 update OTA this morning on the Nexus 7 Tablet.

Thankfully it went very smoothly unlike the 4.3 update on my S3.

That's good news. Please let us know what you think of it. I'm due the update on my Motorola Razr HD, but I don't think it will get rolled out to me before the New Year.

That's good to hear I'm still waiting for my one on my nexus 7 2013 Wi-Fi edition and I got mine from Google play hopefully not to long now. Here are some apps that take advantage of immersive mode on android 4.4 kitkat if you are interested?

To be honest I haven't had much chance to use it as yet. Mine is the 2013 32GB version and it downloaded overnight here so took a chance and installed it before checking if there were any reported problems.

Seems fine though. I'll report back when I have had a play around with it

I haven't seen anything anywhere reporting any trouble with the Kit Kat rollout. Hopefully you shouldn't have any problems.

Hi guys. Might even get this update for my Xperia t. Under consideration according to Sony.
Should be ok as I think kit Kat been tweaked to run on low ram phones?
Here's waiting for O2 to release it hopefully! Lol

Apparently it will run on as little as 512 MB ram.

It turned up Friday on my Nexus 4, seems to be ok so far.

Up to now I haven't seen any great difference but early days!
