Hi so only had my new phone since black Friday want to get insurance on it can some one point me in right direction thank you

Insurance via O2 has to be taken out at purchase 

Best shopping round. Also see what's available through your bank or home insurance 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
