since getting my HTC One X+, (my first android phone (always had iphones))
I noticed it had major battery issues, ie was constantly in need of charging.
Having read on loads of forums that a custom firmware can help with this issue, I attempted to put Team Venom - Viperx on my phone, but was unable too and am now unable to do anything with the phone as it won't mount sd card.
I'm unable to get it back to it's original as it seems O2 have not released the Original ROM - version 1.17.206.1 and have told me it'll cost a mega £150 to replace the pcb board.
I've actually seen these phones selling on ebay for £200 god knows where O2 get there pricing from. I've been with O2 for years now, but this whole procedure has put me right off them. It wasn't long ago they stung me for 2 contracts when the guy on the phone said i was updating my original contract, I should of known then. Crap company, they don't give a toss about there loyal customers. Anyway, I need the ROM version, which I know is unreleased, which I know I'll never get. Cheers O2
