Hi,
Recently updated my phone to JellyBean via Kies and have had no problems so far.
My phone stopped responding earlier and I did the usual and popped the battery out to force a restart.
The phone has now been 'stuck' at the Sasmsung logo which appears on startup for about 15mins now.
Any ideas on how to proceed?
Thanks!

Hi LD.
You could try connecting it to kies and going through the emergency firmware recovery option, failing that you may have to wipe your phone to get it working again.
- Take your battery out.
- Leave for 30 seconds.
- Replace Battery (do not power your phone on).
- Press volume up + Menu button together and hold.
- Press the power button until the phone lights up - then let go.
- Release the volume up + Menu button.
- You should arrive at a strange screen which has various options such as reboot, wipe partition cache, factory reset etc.
- Hit the reset option and try rebooting.
Hope this helps.

"Kies" really is a shocking software!
